½ CUP OF FRESH LIME JUICE 1/3 CUP OF GOLDEN RAISINS 1/3 CUP OF CHOPPED FRESH MINT ¼ CUP OF BALSAMIC VINEGAR ¼ CUP OF KETCHUP ¼ CUP OF WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE 1 TABLESPOON OF HOT SAUCE ¼ TEASPOON OF SALT ¼ TEASPOON OF BLACK PEPPER ½ TEASPOON OF GARLIC POWDER MELT PRESERVES IN SAUCEPAN OVER MEDIUM LOW HEAT. STIR IN REMAINING INGREDIENTS. REMOVE FROM HEAT. MAKES 2 CUPS (1 TABLESPOON EACH SERVING). ENJOY WITH CHICKEN OR STEAK. |
