˝ CUP OF WARMED HONEY 1 TEASPOON OF PAPRIKA 1 TEASPOON OF SALT 1 TEASPOON OF DIJON MUSTARD ˝ TEASPOON OF GARLIC POWDER ˝ TEASPOON OF POULTRY SEASONING 1 POUND OF CHICKEN BREAST CUT IN STRIPS PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES. WARM THE HONEY IN SMALL BOWL IN MICROWAVE. ONCE HEATED ADD THE PAPRIKA, POULTRY SEASONING, STIRRING WELL. SET ASIDE. IN A SMALL BOWL, ADD THE CRUSHED CORN FLAKES, SET ASIDE. SPRAY A BAKING SHEET 3 TIMES WITH NON-STICK SPRAY. TAKE CHICKEN STRIPS AND BRUSH WITH HONEY MIXTURE AND THEN DREDGE IN THE CRUSHED CORNFLAKES. PLACE ON SPRAYED BAKING SHEET AND COOK FOR ABOUT 25 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN AND THE INSIDE OF THE CHICKEN IS NO LONGER PINK. SERVE WITH HONEY MUSTARD OR BARBECUE SAUCE AND ENJOY! |
