¼ CUP OF BBQ SAUCE, DIVIDED 2 TABLESPOONS OF DRY BREAD CRUMBS 2 TEASPOONS OF DIJON MUSTARD ½ TEASPOON OF CHILI POWDER 2 CLOVES OF MINCED GARLIC ¼ TEASPOON OF SALT ½ TEASPOON OF MRS. DASH 1 POUND OF GROUND TURKEY MEAT COOKING SPRAY LETTUCE TOMATOES 4 WHEAT HAMBURGER BUNS COMBINE ONION, 2 TABLESPOONS OF BBQ SAUCE, BREADCRUMBS, MUSTARD, CHILI POWDER, MINCED GARLIC, SALT, MRS. DASH AND THE TURKEY MEAT IN A MEDIUM BOWL AND MIX WELL. DIVIDE THE MEAT MIXTURE INTO 4 PATTIES. HEAT A GRILL PAN COATED WITH THE COOKING SPRAY OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT. PLACE PATTIES IN PAN AND COOK FOR 7 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE OR UNTIL PATTIES ARE DONE. PLACE THE TOMATO AND LETTUCE LEAVES ON BOTTOM HALF OF BUN AND PLACE THE PATTY ON THAT. SPOON MORE BBQ SAUCE OVER THE PATTY AND TOP WITH REMAINING BUN. ENJOY! |
