1 CUP OF FRESH BROCCOLI FLOWERETS 2 TABLESPOONS OF LIGHT BUTTER 1 POUND OF BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREAST, CUBED IN 2 INCH SQUARES 2 CLOVES OF FRESH GARLIC (MINCED) 1 CAN OF 98% FAT FREE CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP (10 3/4 oz.) ˝ CUP OF 2% MILK. ˝ CUP OF GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE ˝ TEASPOON OF BLACK PEPPER ˝ TEASPOON OF POULTRY SEASONINGS COOK LINGUINE ACCORDING TO DIRECTIONS AND THE LAST 4 MINUTES ADD THE BROCCOLI. DRAIN AND SET ASIDE. HEAT BUTTER IN LARGE SKILLET ON MEDIUM HEAT AND ADD THE CHICKEN BREAST PIECES. COOK UNTIL BROWNED. ADD THE MINCED GARLIC AND COOK FOR 1 MINUTE. ADD THE CAN OF SOUP, MILK, CHEESE, PEPPER AND POULTRY SEASONINGS. HEAT THOROUGHLY FOR ABOUT 4 TO 5 MINUTES. ADD THE PASTA AND BROCCOLI AND TOSS WELL. SERVE IMMEDIATELY AND TOP WITH EXTRA PARMESAN CHEESE ON EACH SERVING. ENJOY!! |
