˝ CUP OF PARMESAN, GRATED

˝ CUP OF FAT FREE MAYONNAISE

˝ CUP OF WATER

4 TABLESPOONS OF FRESH LEMON JUICE

1 TEASPOON OF ANCHOVY PASTE

1 TEASPOON OF WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE

˝ TEASPOON OF BLACK PEPPER

˝ TEASPOON OF DRY MUSTARD

4 CLOVES OF GARLIC, MINCED FINE

COMBINE ALL THESE INGREDIENTS AND STIR WELL WITH A WHISK. POUR HALF OF DRESSING OVER LETTUCE AND TOSS WELL. WITH THE REMAINING DRESSING, DRIZZLE OVER EACH SERVING. YOU CAN ALSO ADD CROUTONS AND GRILLED CHICKEN OR FISH. ENJOY!!
