DURING THE SUMMER THIS IS A GREAT WAY TO REACH THE GOAL OF RECOMMENDED AMOUNT OF FRUIT WE SHOULD HAVE EACH DAY. HAVE IT AS A SNACK OR EVEN AS A LIGHT MEAL.

2 CUPS OF SLICED BANANA

½ CUP OF ORANGE JUICE

½ CUP OF STRAWBERRIES

½ CUP OF CRANBERRY JUICE

¾ CUP OF VANILLA SOY MILK

2 TEASPOONS OF HONEY (OR ANY SUGAR SUBSTITUTE)

¾ CUP OF CRUSHED ICE

COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A BLENDER AND BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH. YOU CAN ALSO SUBSTITUTE THE SOY MILD WITH FAT FREE FROZEN VANILLA YOGURT OR EVEN FAT FREE PLAIN YOGURT. ENJOY!!!
