½ POUND OF TURKEY SAUSAGE 2 CUPS OF FROZEN POTATO O'BRIEN (THIS HAS ONIONS AND PEPPERS IN WITH THE POTATOES) ¼ CUP OF SLICED GREEN ONIONS 2 CLOVES OF MINCED GARLIC 1 TEASPOON OF MRS. DASH ¼ TEASPOON OF HOT PEPPER SAUCE ½ CUP OF SHREDDED LOW FAT CHEDDAR CHEESE ¼ CUP OF FAT FREE SOUR CREAM PRE HEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES CUT THE BELL PEPPERS IN PLASTIC WRAP AND MICROWAVE ON HIGH FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL THEY ARE CRISP AND TENDER. HEAT A SPRAYED SKILLET ON MEDIUM HIGH AND SAUTÉ THE SAUSAGE FOR 2 MINUTES. ADD THE POTATOES AND SAUTÉ 3 MINUTES, MAKING SURE TO HEAT THE POTATOES THOROUGHLY. STIR IN THE ONIONS, GARLIC, HOT SAUCE, AND MRS. DASH. MIX WELL AND DIVIDE EVENLY IN THE PEPPER HALVES AND TOP WITH THE CHEDDAR CHEESE. BAKE FOR 10 MINUTES OR UNTIL THE CHEESE MELTS. PLACE ON PLATES AND TOP WITH THE SOUR CREAM. ENJOY!! |
